Return Policy
All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. No exceptions.
Customers have 2 weeks (14 days) from the date of delivery to notify us of a return. Requests made after this window will not be accepted.
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping label. The module and original packaging must be returned in the same condition as received — items that are damaged or missing original packaging will not be accepted.
Once you have shipped the item back, you are required to provide us with the return tracking number. Once we receive the module in its original packaging, it will be inspected and a refund will be issued.
Order Cancellations & Address Changes
There is a 4-hour grace period from the time your order is received during which you may contact us to cancel your order or update your shipping address.
After the 4-hour grace period has passed, we are unable to cancel orders or make changes to the shipping address.
